The Client

MixJet Support is an international flight support company based in Sharjah, UAE. The company has a vast network with international/local Suppliers and FBOs in every continent and every country. They aspire to become one of the best Service Providers in the global aviation industry.

The Need

Mix Jet faced two significant market challenges: market perception and company culture creation. Despite having innovative leaders with industry expertise and practical experience, their unique strengths are not effectively communicated, resulting in a conventional image among competitors. Therefore, developing and promoting a transparent company culture reflected in all internal and external communications and activities was crucial. As a result, the company's absolute power and capabilities are underestimated, especially in non-Gulf regions where they aspire to lead.

The Solution

We aimed to present the company's true identity and capabilities to the market, positioning Mix Jet as a luxury brand with strong vision and values. We delivered the tools to showcase Mix Jet's power, size, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to change market perception and secure larger contracts. The focus was on creating a better brand image and building a brand myth, starting with a clear and consistent message. A new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and communication plan was implemented, with a vision of "Your Flight's Best Friend" to make Mix Jet' presentations stand out from the competition. Our strategy's overall objective was to enhance Mix Jet's image as a growing global player while preserving its roots as a family bussiness. This approach devised a unique, high-end customer experience that aligns with the brand's values and vision.
